Our Villa units are short strolls to our Resort Heated Pool and Beautiful Crescent Beach.  Set back on the land plot, the two villas offer Florida tropical settings for a lounging, tanning, sunning, or grilling experience in each villa's private  relaxation areas.  A variety of activities - surfing, swimming, shelling, and sunning are all a short stroll from the villas where a casual family atmosphere prevails.  Conveniently  located in the immediate neighborhood is Crescent Plaza, Grocery Store, Post Office, Drug Store, Boat Marina, and Restaurants.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Each villa unit has its own reserved parking space, umbrella table, strap loungers, gas grill, picnic table, front side lounging patio, and side lounging picnic area amid lush tropical foliage.
